Francis was an impeccable host from start to finish. He struck the perfect balance of being attentive and proactive without ever being overbearing. He is genuinely friendly, thoughtful, and kind, which made our stay feel effortless and comfortable.
The condo was spotless and exceptionally well maintained — truly ideal in every way. It was exactly as described, and even better in person. The space feels calm, well cared for, and very inviting.
The ocean view from the balcony is beautiful, and the location is outstanding — you can walk to the beach in about a minute, making mornings and sunsets incredibly easy and relaxing. The bathroom is pristine with excellent water pressure, and the kitchen is well equipped with high-quality cookware and an easy-to-use coffee maker.
Francis also shared thoughtful local recommendations, including whale watching tips, which enhanced our trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend his condo.

This Airbnb was in the perfect location and had all the amenities we were looking for. The complex itself was very quiet and peaceful which we really appreciated. We loved that they had everything we needed for the beach including chairs, towels and an umbrella. The host was exceptional at communicating and we would happily stay again.

Francis was a great host !! Very helpful, very clear.
His condo was just right for my wife and me for our first vacation in Maui !! Well equipped, clean, and just a few minutes' walk to the beach. We recommend that whatever else you do while there, stroll down to the beach to enjoy sunset. Aloha !!

Francis’s place was very central to restaurants and beaches - everything was walking distance! His place was very clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need during your stay. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to stay in Kihei.

We had a great stay! The location in Kihei was perfect — walking distance to the beach and close to everything we needed. The AC worked very well, which made a big difference. Overall, a very convenient and enjoyable place to stay. Would definitely return!

Cute, cozy, quiet, walkable apartment in downtown Palo Alto. I used to live in town and this was convenient to all my haunts. Thank you Francis! Will stay again when I'm in town.

The studio had everything we needed, great location and Francis was very responsive in anything we needed or asked. Had all the beach chairs/umbrellas, and boogie boards. Provided amenities that in some places you have to bring or purchase yourselves. Look forward to returning sometime in the future. Thank you!

Peaceful, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay as we celebrated our anniversary. There is more than enough in the kitchen. There is more than enough in the entire condo from the washer/dryer to the beach supplies and even a small library to find the perfect read on the balcony as you hear the waves roll in. Yes, the waves roll in like an amenity that should be listed on the description. The condo is that close to the beach. You can see it, hear it, and enjoy it!

Highly recommend if you want a place right by the beach! Just walk across the street and you are there! Also walkable to restaurants! The place is well stocked with everything you would need for a fun beach trip!

What a nice place to stay! I enjoyed the place very much. It provided everything I needed. Quite, very nice and clean house, I. Walking distance to the Caltrain station and Palo Alto Center. I definitely would stay there again.
