THE MAUI BANYAN BREEZE SUITE Relax at our newly renovated, private retreat. It features vaulted ceilings, two powerful AC units, stainless steel appliances, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Rest comfortably on the king bed and take advantage of the new pull-out queen sofa bed, two TVs, and blackout curtains. The Maui Banyan Resort offers two pools, two hot tubs, and seven nearby Weber grills for community use. Our home is located in the the building closest to the beach, pool and parking (apartment #F-206). It's very conveniently located, but please note the unit is on the second floor and there is no elevator in the building. It comes stocked with everything you’ll need. You can dine alfresco on the lanai (balcony) or in the garden courtyard, near the half a dozen new Weber BBQ grills. Spend the day laying out on one of the many loungers at the pool or take our beach chairs across the street to the beach. The home is fully loaded and updated throughout, ready to welcome you and your guests for a memorable stay. LEGAL RENTAL The Maui Banyan Breeze Suite is a legally zoned as a hotel, unaffected by Maui's proposed ban on short-term rentals. ESTIMATED DISTANCES FROM THE CONDO - Kamaole Beach Park II: 2 min walk - Keawakapu Beach: 3 min drive - Wailea Beach: 6 min drive - Makena Big Beach: 15 min drive - Kahului Airport (OGG): 30 minutes ADDITIONAL GUESTS If you have a party of 4-6 traveling together, we may be able to accommodate the full group in the lockable, adjoining unit, the "Banyan Breeze Studio" Kindly note: This condo has an adjoining unit; however, it is a completely private space with its own entrance. The interior connecting door remains securely locked at all times to ensure guest privacy.

We loved our stay- great location, easy to walk to restaurants and the beach. Francis was super responsive, the place is beautiful and clean, great amenities, check-in/out easy. Overall 10/10 stay and highly recommend.

Great condo. Feels very spacious the way it’s laid out and has high ceilings, plus a lanai we used frequently that provides a pretty view. Off the main road so its a pretty quiet spot which was nice. Very walkable to the beach and a couple of restaurants

The condo was absolutely wonderful! Francis was incredibly responsive and the place itself was clean, spacious, comfortable, and centrally located. Not to mention how it has all the kitchen and beach supplies you would ever need! It really felt like home! There’s a lot of great restaurants and shops either within walking distance or just a short drive away. And the beach right across the street is the cherry on top!

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen in jeglicher Hinsicht erfüllt oder übertroffen. Alles war sauber und alles benötigte ist vorhanden (Küche sehr gut ausgestattet). Der Strand ist direkt über die Strasse mit tollen Sonnenuntergängen. Wir haben vorallem die kostenlosen Extras sehr geschätzt: Strandstühle, Sonnenschirm, Boogieboards, Tennisplatz inklusive Rackets & Bällen, Waschmaschine & Pool. Francis hat sich immer proaktiv bei uns erkundigt ob alles klappt . Jederzeit gerne wieder!

When coming to Maui I highly recommend staying here! Not only was Francis’s service top tier but every thing is clearly spelled out in the welcome packet you receive and should you have any questions or need help making reservations he’s able to direct you to the proper website. Not to mention the beach being directly on the other side of the road where you can see sea turtles and maybe if your lucky one will swim up to you! We will definitely be back again in future. This place is a gem.

The apartment is in an incredibly convenient location in Kihei. The beach is directly across the street and you're nearby a wealth of restaurants and shops. This place also serves as an excellent jumping-off point for exploring Wailea, Hana, or Lahaina.
