We created this space with care and would love to share it with you. 🌴 Unbeatable location – Just across from Kamaole Beach II, one of Maui's best beaches with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. 🛏️ Sleep like royalty – King bed, blackout curtains, and cool, quiet AC ensure a restful night. 🏊‍♀️ Resort-style amenities – Enjoy 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, BBQ grills, and a tennis court

Welcome to your private retreat in sunny South Kihei. This fully remodeled studio has everything you need for a relaxing stay: a king bed, strong AC, blackout curtains, fast wifi, and a cozy lanai perfect for morning coffee or sunset breezes. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker...great for easy breakfasts or light meals. As our guest, you’ll have access to all of Maui Banyan Resort’s amenities, including two pools, two hot tubs, and seven community-use Weber grills. Our unit (F-206A) is in the building closest to the beach, pool, and parking, one of the most convenient locations in the complex. Please note: the unit is on the second floor and the building does not have an elevator. LEGAL VACATION RENTAL The Maui Banyan Breeze Studio is a legally zoned as a hotel, unaffected by Maui's proposed ban on short-term rentals. ESTIMATED DISTANCES FROM THE CONDO - Kamaole Beach Park II: 2 min walk - Keawakapu Beach: 3 min drive - Wailea Beach: 6 min drive - Makena Big Beach: 15 min drive - Kahului Airport (OGG): 30 minutes ADDITIONAL GUESTS If you have a party of 4-6 traveling together, we may be able to accommodate the full group in the lockable, adjoining unit, the "Maui Banyan Breeze Suite"

This condo has an adjoining unit; however, it is a completely private space with its own entrance. The interior connecting door remains securely locked at all times to ensure guest privacy. - Coffee supplies are provided. - Beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, foldable beach chairs, cooler, and boogie boards) is provided for your convenience. Disclaimer: We strive to keep these items available at all times, but occasionally an item may not be available due to damage from previous guests. If you find any damage when using them, please let us know immediately so we can repair or replace it for the next guest.

We had a great stay! The location in Kihei was perfect — walking distance to the beach and close to everything we needed. The AC worked very well, which made a big difference. Overall, a very convenient and enjoyable place to stay. Would definitely return!

The studio had everything we needed, great location and Francis was very responsive in anything we needed or asked. Had all the beach chairs/umbrellas, and boogie boards. Provided amenities that in some places you have to bring or purchase yourselves. Look forward to returning sometime in the future. Thank you!

Absolutely loved the location and my solo stay! Felt safe and secure the entire time. Super clean and owners were super communicative. Within walking distance to the beach and shopping. Close by restaurants with great happy hours. My error was receiving emails and the subject line had not changed from the original flash sale so I was assuming it was current offers not information needed to correspond🤦‍♀️

This is a great space to see Kihei from. Very walkable to the beach, restaurants and local entertainment. Kamaole II is across the street, making this a great place to experience all the beach has to offer. Additionally, there's great snorkeling right across the street and within a 2 min walk of the apartment. Enjoy your trip to Maui by booking up this clean apartment.

I will definitely be staying here again. The host was very straightforward and clear on instructions on getting to the Airbnb and it was pretty easy to navigate. Overall it made settling pretty easy whereas it made venturing around the area a lot quicker. What most people have been saying is true, get this place if you’re going to be mainly doing outdoorsy stuff the place is honestly a great place to sleep in. It was very comfortable and room was also VERY clean.🩷

Can't beat the location! This place is in the first building, right across from the beach! Easy to walk to multiple beaches, stores & restaurants, & great sunsets right across the street. Comfy bed & plenty of towels & beach items (chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc). I'd definitely book here again, if in the area! Thank you Francis!

Our Maui apartment is in an incredibly convenient location. The beach is just across the street and you're a quick walk to a variety of restaurants and stores. It also serves as an ideal home base for exploring Wailea, Hana, or Lahaina. Within the complex, you'll find plenty of free parking available.
